Meet the Founder
Khalia Luff
Khalia isn't a notary who later learned real estate — she's a real estate investor first. For 10+ years she has run Sankofa Properties, handling wholesale, fix-and-flip, and buy-and-hold deals across Philadelphia. She holds a B.A. Cum Laude from Temple University, and built Sankofa Signings on top of a decade spent on the other side of the closing table: as the buyer, the seller, and the investor with money on the line.
That means every settlement she runs is handled by someone who already understands what title companies, lenders, brokers, and investors need from the paperwork to move fast without mistakes — not someone reading the documents for the first time.
